Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.: We do our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours, except for certain items (custom and personalized items, etc.) which are ordered directly from the manufacturer and require more time. Occasionally, due to high demand, we run out of a particular size in a particular style. We ask for your patience as we constantly re-stock these items and will ship to you as soon as they arrive.

 

Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped to you via USPS Priority mail. Some large-size items shipped direct from the manufacturer may require an additional charge, which is noted in the item description or during the checkout procedure.

 

Some heavy orders may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipping.

 

Shipping & handling within the United States (unless otherwise noted on the item page) is based upon the total amount of your order, and is charged as follows:

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS: Some oversized items may not be available for shipment overseas. Due to the different regulations and weight restrictions in different countries, our shopping cart cannot accurately calculate the actual shipping charges on international orders. Actual shipping charges will apply. You will be contacted by email before shipping to approve shipping charges for packages over two pounds.  Packages under two pounds will be charged $25.25.
